USAGE RATES FOR 2024
Effective January 2024 - The residential rate is $61 per month per EDU. Business rate is $79 per month per EDU. (One EDU is equivalent to 180 gallons of water usage per day.) These increases are due to the rising operating expenses of the Fox Township Sewer Authority
GETTING CONNECTED
If you plan to build in an area served by public sewage, contact the Fox Township Sewer Authority Office prior to applying for a building permit. The Authority will guide you through the Rules & Regulations of tapping on to the public sewer system.
The current tap-on fee is $3,200 per EDU
(a single-family home is considered 1 EDU)
plus a $75 inspection fee.
